Shane was thrown into the deep end at Kareo. He joined our extremely fast moving healthcare technology team new to the industry and immediately began delivering as if he’d had years of experience. In his first month he had his finger on the pulse of the competitive landscape: features, position, and strategy. He helped me build and launch medical billing customer welcome kits which took the skillful wrangling, managing, and coordinating of multiple agencies and vendors. He also helped me manage the transition of our EHR from a free to paid product – again no simple task, but rather, akin to herding cats. Shane is not afraid of responsibility. He’s willing to accept any challenge, and throws himself into accomplishing what needs to be done all the while keeping a positive and encouraging attitude.
